About the position

The position involves leading and optimizing supply chain strategies, focusing on inventory management, demand signals, and product development support. The role encompasses end-to-end flow insights, supplier efficiencies, and order management, with a strong emphasis on articulating financial impacts and enhancing customer value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support Inventory Strategy and Flow Transformation through the network.
  • Support cross-functional teams to implement supply chain initiatives.
  • Manage international supply chain operations and ensure alignment with global strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes.
  • Communicate Inventory Financial impacts and connection with our long-range plan.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes and ensure merchandise flow through the supply chain network and fulfillment centers.
  • Oversee relationships with external parties and serve as the main point of contact for external partners.
  • Improve supply chain execution by approving flow path channels from supplier to store.
  • Drive field-level direction and provide guidance for the execution of operations.
  • Direct supply chain flow process improvement efforts and manage correction of errors processes.
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area, or 6 years' experience in the same fields without a degree.
  • 2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
