The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Proximity (North America) at Pernod Ricard is responsible for ensuring the effective demand, testing, change management, and value creation of the Operations Product portfolio. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization to enhance product functionality and user experience, focusing on tools such as Anaplan, ERP, and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and surveys with affiliates to understand their requirements within the specific product domain.
• Act as the liaison between the Business and the incident support team, providing functional skills to qualify incidents.
• Gather insights and user feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience, preparing relevant change plans and activities.
• Collect and consolidate relevant metrics to report on value delivered from Products at the affiliate level.

Requirements

• Good knowledge in the product domain scope with a deep understanding of challenges in the product domain for their geographical scope.
• Mastery of adoption and change management methods and tools.
• Mastery of testing and deployment methods and tools.
