About the position

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems at Clorox plays a pivotal role in leading a team of Business Analysts and Technical Leaders within the Next Generation Supply Chain Team. This position focuses on delivering technical and process solutions across various Manufacturing Execution sub-teams, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), and more. The role also involves managing the LATAM BTT Team, providing ERP support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of cohesive, best-practice solutions that meet business requirements while fostering an environment of growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and Technical Leaders as part of the Elevate/Vista Transformation program.
  • Deliver program-level responsibilities involving ERP Technology and Process Standardization across various sub-teams.
  • Manage Master Data related to Capital Planning, Product and Material Master, and Quality Management.
  • Oversee Production Execution and provide reporting and analytics support.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Teams to identify functional requirements and improvement opportunities using S/4HANA functionality.
  • Evaluate and enhance ME related data across all sub-process data domains.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex issues impacting business results.
  • Develop technology and process solutions to enhance Clorox's competitive position.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure comprehensive training and change management plans are in place.
  • Utilize Jira for planning work and tracking progress against program deliverables.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support team functions.

Requirements

  • 10 years of supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing, with expertise in SAP, S/4HANA, or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience in leading teams and developing individuals.
  • Proven ability to coordinate a network of Subject Matter Experts.
  • Strong skills in data manipulation and transformation using Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to define and create design deliverables and documentation.
  • Experience in managing application functionality backlog and running showcases based on design requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of SAP data tables and S/4HANA Manufacturing Execution Processes.
  • Familiarity with project management and scaled Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management principles.
  • Effective communication skills with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Experience in an outsourced environment utilizing onshore and offshore resources.
