As a Senior Manager of Supply Chain at Liberty, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategies that support the East Region Director of Supply Chain. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, executing, and supporting warehouse, fleet, and facility activities for assigned operations. You will collaborate closely with the procurement manager to maintain stock inventory, manage stock requisitions, and oversee returns. Analyzing physical inventory counts and reconciling results with inventory records will be essential to ensure that inventories are secure, properly identified, and readily accessible to authorized personnel. You will also conduct analyses and coordinate with the warehousing team, production, and operations to meet requirements effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will manage day-to-day supplier relationships and support contract negotiations for the procurement of goods and services. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize fleet and facilities efficiency while reducing operational costs will be a key focus. You will also be tasked with developing and managing budgets for fleet and/or facilities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control. Monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising safety or efficiency will be critical to your success. Safety is paramount in this role, and you will develop and implement safety policies and procedures for fleet and/or facilities operations, enforcing safety protocols diligently. Additionally, maximizing the use of SAP software for supply chain data analysis, reporting, and process optimization will be essential. You will leverage SAP for advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that the supply chain operates at peak efficiency.
