The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at AspenTech will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's Talent Acquisition maturity model. Based in Medina, MN, this position requires a builder's mindset to drive forward the recruitment strategies that align with the company's strategic talent priorities across various business units. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners in a matrixed environment, providing consultative talent solutions that support the execution of these priorities. Reporting directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee a team of recruiters and sourcers located in the US and Mexico City, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. In this hands-on role, the manager will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, compensation discussions, mobility, and pipelining. The manager will also carry a requisition load at times, demonstrating a commitment to the recruitment process. A key aspect of this role is to partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to enhance and develop future talent pipelines, cultivating a network of relationships both inside and outside the organization. This will involve providing valuable feedback and insights to key stakeholders based on market knowledge and talent strategies. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager will also be tasked with developing and communicating recommendations to hiring managers, mentoring the Talent Acquisition Team, and continuously refining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. In collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders, the manager will support both short- and long-term hiring strategies, balancing the need to build talent internally versus buying talent externally. Additionally, the role will contribute to the development of a sourcer/recruiter model to scale talent acquisition efforts across the Americas and drive external branding initiatives.
