About the position

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement at Solenis will lead efforts to optimize and evolve recruitment processes, programs, tools, and systems within the organization. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and productivity in the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring adherence to company policies, and improving the overall candidate experience. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including internal teams and third-party vendors, to meet recruitment KPIs and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and maintain operational expertise of Solenis' TA processes and procedures while seeking to find improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement TA programs, tools, systems, and processes that drive a strong pipeline of capable and diverse talent.
  • Optimize TA programs by assessing strengths, identifying areas of improvement, and enhancing processes.
  • Improve, develop, and deploy solutions across the region for processes such as third-party agency management and candidate marketing.
  • Partner with the Head of TA and Talent Management team to maintain and deliver TA training programs.
  • Manage the regional relationship with all TA suppliers, including Hudson RPO.
  • Ensure compliance with Solenis' established policies and procedures, managing monthly reports and following up with HRBPs.
  • Facilitate the effective utilization of Solenis' TA systems, particularly Workday Recruiting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment enablement roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Experience with recruitment tools and systems, particularly Workday Recruiting.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing third-party recruitment vendors.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
  • Knowledge of immigration management processes.
