As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role is a critical member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the organization attracts, and retains the technical and leadership talent necessary to drive innovation and business success across Global R&D by fostering strong partnerships with senior leaders, and driving proactive talent strategies and accountability across the Talent Acquisition team. This role will deliver creative, scalable hiring solutions that align with Bose's mission and long-term objectives with a focus on operational excellence and inclusive hiring practices. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in building, coaching and developing a world-class recruiting team that meets the dynamic needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Technical recruiters and talent sourcer to support all hiring efforts across Global R&D, with oversight internationally in a matrixed environment.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to develop and execute strategic workforce plans that address current and future talent needs, with a focus on technical roles critical to Bose's success.
  • Establish strong, proactive relationships with senior technical leaders to deeply understand business priorities and skillsets, advise on hiring strategies, and deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Coach, develop and guide team to meet the hiring demands of our business by delivering effective and efficient hiring solutions.
  • Drive operational excellence by continuously evolving our talent acquisition delivery model, including scalable processes and programs, as well as technology solutions.
  • Help build an impactful Global Talent Acquisition team professionals, supporting an environment of continual improvement, teamwork and best in class candidate and new hire experience.
  • Uphold and strengthen inclusion & diversity hiring practices to ensure we attract diverse internal and external candidate pipelines.
  • Develop a creative, winning sourcing strategy, unlocking our potential to attract the highest quality candidates and create an engaging candidate experience.
  • Strengthen and activate our employer brand and inclusion & diversity initiatives to ensure we attract, source, and hire a strong future bench of talent.
  • Manage key Executive and Director-level searches, ensuring we acquire the best talent at the highest levels in the organization.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key talent solutions vendors in partnership with our Global Business Services organization.
  • Partner with our TA Operations and HR Analytics team to develop and manage a measurement strategy that tracks our success, opportunities, and impact.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent COEs to create competitive strategies and programs in support of business priorities as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with 5+ years focused on technical hiring for engineering and leadership roles in fast-paced, innovative industries.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing talent acquisition teams, with a focus on empowering team members and fostering accountability.
  • Ability to support workforce planning efforts by aligning recruiting strategies with evolving business needs and identifying opportunities for proactive talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to optimize pipelines, monitor performance, and measure the success of recruitment strategies.
  • Strong ability to partner with and influence senior technical leaders, aligning recruiting priorities with business objectives and building trusted relationships.
  • A track record of advancing DEI&B initiatives through inclusive hiring practices, innovative sourcing strategies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience driving operational improvements in talent acquisition, including implementing scalable processes, technologies, and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, remain resilient, and continuously evolve recruiting practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
