The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Axiom will play a crucial role in the company's growth by executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier legal talent. The role involves managing the full cycle of recruiting, advising stakeholders on talent trends, and supporting employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the North America Talent Acquisition strategy, identifying and attracting top-tier legal talent through various recruitment channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing them through the full cycle of recruiting while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Advise key company stakeholders on industry talent trends and recruitment activity levels.
  • Develop customized recruitment plans to attract legal professionals to Axiom's clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of legal talent and promote Axiom's brand.
  • Stay current on recruiting issues and trends in the legal industry to inform recruitment strategy.
  • Support the development of the employer branding strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional recruiting experience or legal experience within the legal sector.
  • Highly persuasive verbal and excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Superb time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Genuine interest in Axiom's model and the changing legal landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
