About the position

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Product Supply at Coca-Cola Consolidated is responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with leadership. This role involves leading a team of recruitment professionals, optimizing the recruitment process, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The Senior Manager will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and maintain relationships with local communities and partners, while analyzing recruitment metrics to enhance hiring effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to deliver results by implementing departmental goals and deadlines.
• Develop teammates through structured performance management, coaching, and training sessions.
• Implement and optimize recruitment technology tools to enhance candidate relationship management.
• Lead process improvement projects within the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Oversee day-to-day vendor partnerships and monitor service levels.
• Manage the execution of compliance standards in recruitment processes.
• Analyze recruitment performance metrics and deliver regular reports on KPIs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment management experience leading a high-volume team of Talent Acquisition Professionals.
• Knowledgeable in OFCCP, EEOC, Title 7, and local and state laws to ensure compliance.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS, Social Media/Marketing, AI, and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
