About the position
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at The ODP Corporation is responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution for field operations. This role involves full life-cycle recruiting, utilizing innovative sourcing methods and technology, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will develop and manage a high-performing team of recruiters, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet the talent needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with field operations stakeholders to develop a Talent Acquisition strategy that supports business objectives.
- Manage and measure the work of the field operations TA team to meet talent objectives within specified timeframes.
- Oversee the recruitment process for high-level exempt operations positions, acting as a player-coach.
- Establish relationships with business unit leaders to understand their talent needs and priorities.
- Supervise the selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and recommending candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience supporting operations teams in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or ecommerce fulfillment.
- Familiarity with ATS technology platforms and recruitment sourcing systems (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite).
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and connect data to develop insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Technical savvy and proactive creative thinking.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a resourceful work ethic.
