About the position

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment strategy for Covenant Living and CovenantCare at Home. This position collaborates closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and community leaders to develop and implement innovative talent acquisition solutions that align with the organization's goals. The Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of recruiters who focus on sourcing and hiring top talent across various sectors, including healthcare and dining services. This role is crucial in optimizing the recruitment process through the use of automation and advanced tools, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the demands of a competitive job market. In this position, the Senior Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment within the healthcare and senior services industry. They will manage and enhance the recruiting capabilities of a team of full-cycle recruiters, ensuring that they are well-versed in the latest trends and technologies in recruitment. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and external partners, utilizing data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes. The role requires a proactive approach to managing change within the recruitment process, including the implementation of new workflows and technologies. The Senior Manager will maintain a requisition load and conduct searches for senior-level positions, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains the best talent available. This position is not only about filling roles but also about building a sustainable talent pipeline that supports the long-term goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment within the Healthcare / Senior Services Industry.
  • Manage and develop recruiting capabilities among a team of full-cycle recruiters.
  • Oversee change management in the recruiting process with workflows and technology.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and external partners.
  • Utilize data and analytics to influence change and address recruitment needs.
  • Research and evaluate sourcing strategies to build recruiter capabilities for finding candidates.
  • Hold the recruiting team accountable for adhering to standard operating processes and achieving goals.
  • Maintain a requisition load and conduct searches for senior-level positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Certifications in related areas are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading recruiting teams.
  • High volume recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and leading change management across a multi-location organization.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI and technology utilization in recruiting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Bookings, and Outlook).
