Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all aspects of tax compliance and planning.
- Handle complex US tax returns and provide expert guidance on tax matters.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing tax team.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation and review of complex US tax returns.
- Stay updated with changes in US tax legislation and communicate impacts to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the executive team to integrate tax strategies into business operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the tax department.
Requirements
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of tax experience
- Experience in a supervisory role managing a team of staff
