About the position

The Senior Manager, Technical Product Manager-Promotional Content at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for leading and enhancing the Promotional Content team. This role focuses on optimizing the Content Supply Chain technology stack to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies and business goals. The position involves collaboration with various teams to manage product requirements, development, and deployment of new features, while also ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and advancement of new content supply chain capabilities, including Adobe Experience Manager and Workfront.
  • Collaborate with Commercial/Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and IT teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Coordinate the development and deployment of new features for Promotional Content Management products.
  • Oversee all stages of product development from planning to operations.
  • Define, track, and measure content stack Objectives and Key Results in partnership with Business.
  • Stay updated with trends in promotional content management technology, including AI/genAI.
  • Design and implement a technical support model for the content supply chain.
  • Work with vendors to support the Content Supply Chain technology and ensure integration of tools.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the Content stack, providing reports and insights.
  • Ensure alignment of Content Supply Chain technology with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in Technical Product Management, preferably in promotional content/marketing technology.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze situations effectively.
  • Excellent technology program/project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
