About the position
The position involves overseeing financial management, program definition, and technology landscape awareness to ensure the successful execution of multiple projects within a program. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and build consensus among various teams. Additionally, the position entails program estimation, monitoring, and control, as well as driving business operations to meet organizational goals. The candidate will also be responsible for developing talent and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor delivery schedules and cost expenditure for multiple projects within a program.
- Define goals, deliverables, and schedules for managing multiple medium to high complexity projects.
- Create accountability matrix for the projects and assign responsibilities and milestones for each module.
- Develop business cases for projects with projected return on investment or cost savings.
- Communicate effectively in stakeholder meetings and convey complex information clearly.
- Distribute allocated budget for the program across multiple projects and ensure optimum resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks for successful completion of the programs and design response plans.
- Track progress of the program and develop forecasts to overcome anticipated risks.
- Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years' experience in project management or related area, or 7 years' experience in project management with 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of financial management tools and processes, budgeting, and program management techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

- Master's degree in a related field and 4 years' experience in project management or related area.
