About the position

As a Senior Manager of Test Engineering, you will lead the execution of test roadmaps, collaborating closely with business teams to ensure that testing provides a competitive advantage in launching new products. This role involves challenging existing development processes for improved efficiency, leveraging industry technologies, and providing leadership to the new product development team to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategy for the test development process to provide best-in-class test solutions.
• Utilize program management methodology to lead the test development of new products, ensuring project scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design and development of test solutions for new products.
• Develop processes for training and onboarding new employees, including new graduates and experienced professionals.
• Design for manufacturability and cost to ensure a smooth transition to manufacturing.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Engineering or Material Science.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering process with hands-on experience in leading new product integration.
• Thorough industry knowledge and experience in semiconductor test engineering across a wide range of automated test equipment.
• Strong understanding of Design for Test and requirements needed to test semiconductors efficiently.
• Experience in designing test hardware for factory test solutions and boards for test experiments.
