About the position

The position involves leading change management and transformation engagements within complex, global organizations, particularly focusing on large-scale ERP technology implementations. The role requires creating customized project management roadmaps, ensuring key change initiatives meet business objectives, and developing engagement and communication plans for stakeholders. The consultant will also mentor junior consultants, contribute to internal initiatives, and maintain project documentation, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate organizational changes associated with large-scale ERP technology implementations and necessary change management interventions.
  • Create a customized project management roadmap based on project needs and implement change management activities for each phase.
  • Ensure key change initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Lead change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop engagement and communication plans to support stakeholders during the transition to the future state.
  • Create readiness and skilling content leveraging multiple modalities based on best practices.
  • Determine appropriate metrics to measure progress and reinforce behavior.
  • Document new ways of working and process flows to assist stakeholders in navigating their roles.
  • Utilize Project Management and Change Management frameworks in various roles.
  • Support clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements.
  • Lead and manage Sia resources on projects and mentor consultants.
  • Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Coordinate with other initiatives to ensure a common understanding of timelines and overlaps.
  • Develop Executive-level presentations and identify opportunities for additional client value.
  • Contribute to internal areas such as recruiting and marketing, and engage in activities supporting company culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and client project teams and maintain program sites as a repository for project information.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience leading change management and transformation engagements in complex, global organizations.
  • Experience developing and implementing change management and communication strategies for enterprise-wide ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Management Consulting experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience and knowledge of project and change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills to move toward a common vision.
  • Ability to build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent facilitation experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
  • Prosci or other Change Management certifications preferred.
  • Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Confident, self-aware team player open to effective feedback.
  • Ability to facilitate project teams with a strong understanding of group dynamics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in additional project management tools or methodologies.
