In this role, the Senior Manager will partner closely with the Director of Visual Merchandising to conceptualize designs, manage projects, and oversee the implementation and rollout of merchandising programs across various retail environments. The responsibilities include adapting seasonal global concepts into tailored 2D and 3D design proposals for specific US retail channels, such as department store visual weeks, retail outposts, pop-ups, and in-store events. The role also involves creating schematic design drawings, 3D renderings, and planograms for approvals from global headquarters, US cross-functional partners, and retailers. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be responsible for producing directives, instruction sheets, and guidelines for new launches and seasonal updates in the US region. Maintaining consistent communication and transparency with brands and cross-functional partners in a shared service environment is crucial. The role requires managing and collaborating with vendors to produce, price, and value engineer on-counter visual merchandising elements, as well as creating and releasing print-ready art files for various launches and events. The Senior Manager will also oversee visual merchandising maintenance starting from the opening of new stores and continuing thereafter.
