About the position

The Senior Manager, Workforce Management & Payroll Technology at Chipotle is responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on labor scheduling, time & attendance, and payroll technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting the UKG Kronos Cloud platform and its ecosystem, ensuring effective communication and quality work delivery while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support to HR/Payroll business teams, understanding business objectives and responding with solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis between application functionality and business requirements, recommending solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure stability and maintainability of systems.
• Lead quality assurance efforts and conduct thorough regression testing for patches, upgrades, and release cycles.
• Investigate systems issues and provide detailed suggestions for root cause resolution.
• Guide the team to achieve seamless communication and deliver quality work consistently.
• Develop strategies, technology blueprints, and logical designs for workforce management.
• Provide technology thought leadership through active product and program engagement.
• Assist in developing project and funding proposals based on environmental analysis and opportunity identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS and/or Labor Scheduling & Time technology concepts.
• 5 - 8 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience configuring approval workflows and working with global payroll interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with WFM/HCM Cloud Tools.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies.
• Project management skills with experience in a global delivery model.
