About the position
The Senior Managing Consultant for Environment and Health Sciences and Agrochemical Compliance will serve as a subject matter expert in agrochemical and biological registrations in the United States. This role involves leading the agrochemical regulatory practice, providing strategic advice to clients, and managing projects to ensure high-quality delivery. The consultant will work within an interdisciplinary team to foster sustainable solutions and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provides innovative and strategic advice to clients demonstrating depth of scientific knowledge and regulatory insight into agrochemical and biological pesticide registration.
- Conveys expertise of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) regarding agrochemicals regulated by the EPA.
- Demonstrates understanding of client needs and develops project scopes.
- Produces high-quality work products on time and within budget.
- Manages assigned projects/tasks with critical thinking and thought leadership.
- Responsible for client retention through excellent project delivery.
- Engages with potential new or existing clients to build credibility and scope potential client engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or other scientific subject.
- 10+ years of experience in working with agrochemical or biological products.
- Experience in a consultancy firm.
