This position is designed for individuals who are ready to take on challenging engineering projects that directly impact the plant's operational goals, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Morale. The engineer will lead problem-solving initiatives, guiding teams through effective actions that influence and motivate associates to achieve desired outcomes.
