Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retention and engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
