About the position

The Senior Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager at NICE is a dynamic role focused on enhancing the understanding of services among leadership teams, sales, and customers. This position is responsible for VRS marketing messaging, content development, and distribution, with a strong emphasis on Business Consulting, Managed Services, and Advanced Services. The role requires collaboration across various groups within NICE to effectively represent offers and value propositions, execute marketing plans, and drive go-to-market campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Work with NICE leadership and business consultants to represent offers and deliverables.
  • Educate and enable NICE sales teams on VRS capabilities to help customers achieve business outcomes.
  • Execute the VRS marketing plan, managing key activities and budgets.
  • Drive VRS components of go-to-market campaigns and create supporting marketing assets.
  • Develop and position customer success stories through various channels.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to reach target audiences via social media and email.
  • Create clear VRS messaging for industry events and internal campaigns.
  • Work with product marketing and corporate sales enablement for consistent messaging.
  • Understand market trends, customer profiles, and competitive landscape.
  • Communicate industry thought leadership and monitor competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the proposal team to craft compelling VRS-related responses.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product or services marketing, preferably with SaaS software or consulting services.
  • Excellent presentation building skills with a proven track record of engaging key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong rapport-building skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to coach selling partners on value proposition and message delivery.
  • Adaptable to navigate and resolve competing priorities.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and DX market trends and technologies.
  • Minimum qualification: BS or BA degree, or higher.
