About the position

The Senior Marketing & Brand Management Specialist is responsible for leading the strategic vision and marketing activities for a brand, product, or service. This role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams and agency partners to identify market opportunities, manage business initiatives, and drive marketing strategies that align with company growth and brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic vision, market opportunities, pricing, and profitability analysis for a brand, product, or service.
  • Develop and drive high-risk, high-opportunity marketing strategies in collaboration with partners across multiple business operations.
  • Identify business opportunities and manage major business initiatives through research and market analysis.
  • Serve as program or product owner, ensuring alignment of processes and systems with strategy.
  • Collaborate with market managers and communications teams to ensure effective program positioning and promotion.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify market opportunities and prioritize programs that meet growth and brand objectives.
  • Mentor and serve as a subject matter expert to other market and communication managers.
  • Identify segment trends and opportunities to keep the company competitive.
  • Establish goals and set targets to measure the success of programs for the market segment.
  • Partner with business areas to execute and gain adoption of programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent training, education, and experience.
  • Six years of experience in product or brand management.
  • Advanced understanding of brand management concepts and execution techniques.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing large projects.
  • Proven track record of influencing constituents for optimal results.
  • Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills required.
