About the position
TT Electronics is a global provider of complex electronic solutions to the aerospace, defense, healthcare, and automation & electrification markets. We are looking for a creative and results-driven marketing and communications coordinator to join our team. As a senior coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of the marketing plan in North America, which includes content delivery, campaign and event coordination, bid proposals, and trade shows. This role requires a solid marketing generalist with industry experience and a can-do attitude. You will report to the VP, Global Marketing and be part of a dynamic and high-performing global marketing team. This position has the option of being remote, hybrid, or in-office.
Responsibilities
- Writing, creating, editing, and proof-reading content for sales and corporate communication platforms including literature, press releases, blogs, presentations, website, advertising, and event graphics.
- Creating and executing impactful social media campaigns (organic and paid).
- Delivering and analyzing inbound marketing tactics.
- Supporting the business development teams with market-focused material and strategic proposals.
- Coordinating trade shows and events.
- Executing the Voice of the Customer feedback program.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams and with external agencies.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to use your own initiative, with good time management.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Highly professional and proactive.
- Willing to be flexible to meet business needs, including working hours and up to 30% domestic travel.
