About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant in Consumer & Small Business Banking as part of the CSBB Growth Marketing organization. This role focuses on delivering new customer and balance growth through effective marketing initiatives, particularly in digital channels. The consultant will lead a test & learn agenda for creative/channel strategies to enhance customer experiences and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in the development and execution of complex marketing programs.
• Contribute to marketing, creative, or product management for major product lines.
• Review and analyze information across projects to present findings and recommend solutions.
• Analyze product collateral design, development, and sales support.
• Lead the team to meet marketing deliverables while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with various organizational units and recommend solutions to complex problems.
• Mentor other marketing professionals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of digital channels including paid search, websites, and email.
• Experience leading collaboration across project managers in different functional areas.
• Ability to turn ambiguous information into well-defined plans and solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., Aprimo, IBM Campaign Management Tool, SalesForce).
• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of marketing and/or campaign execution experience.
• Ability to provide strategic direction in the advertising creative process.
• Previous experience with creative briefs.
