Responsibilities

• Lead marketing pursuits from capture plan through submission and interview.
• Prepare documentation for pursuit teams.
• Schedule proposal calls including kick-offs and debriefs.
• Support management and marketing of assigned tier client accounts.
• Create and update market qualifications packages.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team on various projects.
• Perform miscellaneous marketing and development-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills.
• Proven client-focused approach.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign for document layout.
• Outgoing and energetic self-starter.
• Experience managing marketing projects from start to finish.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
