About the position

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in the U.S. South and East Regional Marketing Team at EXP, focusing on managing and coordinating proposals and marketing materials. This hybrid position requires collaboration with regional marketing teams and pursuit managers to develop winning strategies and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for driving results in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with pursuit managers in strategic planning, evaluating pre-marketing intelligence, and developing win strategies.
  • Manage, develop, and coordinate proposals from long lead to RFP, including analyzing requirements and coordinating proposal sections.
  • Build and develop presentation slide decks and relevant marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain support material such as boilerplate content, resumes, project sheets, images, and testimonials.
  • Create a variety of marketing materials using creativity and design skills.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for EXP, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and design consistency.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to exchange information and maintain positive relationships.
  • Maintain and enter data in EXP's CRM database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience coordinating proposals in the AEC industry for federal, state, and municipal clients, preferably for Transportation.
  • Experience with strategic initiatives and coaching junior staff.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with CRM software, especially Deltek Vantagepoint is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
