About the position

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives for the Southeast region of Ryan Companies, focusing on Tampa and Atlanta. This role involves collaborating with regional and national marketing teams to enhance brand awareness, manage client development, and lead various marketing strategies including events, promotional campaigns, and public relations efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute marketing for regional construction/development projects, including site signage and event planning.
• Create and execute strategies for sponsorships, client events, and business development opportunities in partnership with the regional marketing lead.
• Organize and attend client events, tradeshows, and industry conferences alongside business development team members.
• Oversee and maintain regional CRM for accurate project information and data tracking.
• Coordinate with the national marketing team for regional social media content and posts.
• Manage event planning for clients and key contacts, ensuring effective communication and execution.
• Lead submissions for regional project and people awards.
• Manage external communications to enhance business development and brand awareness.
• Write and manage regional project summary sheets and bios for client deliverables.
• Coordinate proposal development and submission under regional leadership, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of database concepts, particularly CRM systems.
• Ability to work within defined schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in holding team members accountable for quality outputs.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
