About the position

The Senior Marketing Coordinator at Wood, Patel & Associates is a full-time role focused on supporting company-wide marketing efforts. The position requires a strong communicator who will take ownership of the proposal process and thrive in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly social media posts and develop strategies to increase analytics and plan an advanced calendar of posts.
• Assist in proposal and statement of qualification efforts, including page layouts, team coordination, production, and writing compelling narratives.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all documentation and marketing materials to ensure adherence to brand standards and overall consistency.
• Research and learn about potential project opportunities to assist with project leads.
• Support internal and external branding elements.
• Maintain department database and organization.
• Provide additional marketing support as needed.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations preferred, or equivalent education, training, and work experience.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills with creative writing and graphics to engage audiences and potential clients.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to writing specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Constant Contact.
• Photography and video production/software knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to perform effectively under deadline-driven schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
