About the position
The Senior Marketing Coordinator at Total Security Solutions is responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing plans, ensuring brand management, and leading marketing communications, digital marketing, and customer research activities. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to achieve business objectives, drive brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a focus on project management and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Managing brand activities and ensuring brand consistency
- Overseeing marketing communications activities and creation of marketing materials
- Planning and executing physical events such as trade shows and customer events
- Managing industry and association advertising
- Planning and executing social media messaging
- Managing public relations activities
- Overseeing website management for SEO and UX
- Managing PPC advertising and email marketing
- Gathering, analyzing, and distributing customer feedback
- Conducting competitor market research
- Managing outside agencies and vendors
- Fostering collaboration and innovation within the team
- Tracking marketing budgets and measuring marketing ROI
- Preparing reports and presentations of marketing performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing
- 3+ years of experience working in HubSpot or a directly related CRM
- General understanding and experience in Google Ads, Analytics, and other marketing platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools such as Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive
