About the position

The Senior Marketing Data Scientist, CRM & Governance at Peloton Interactive, Inc. is responsible for deploying advanced data models to enhance segmentation, personalization, and targeting capabilities within lifecycle marketing channels. This role involves leading experimental designs for A/B and multivariate tests, optimizing customer engagement and conversion rates, and collaborating with Lifecycle Marketing to measure and report on channel performance. The position also requires maintaining CRM data infrastructure and translating business requirements into actionable data models.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy sophisticated data models to improve segmentation, personalization, and targeting capabilities.
  • Build customer segmentation capabilities in CRM channels to personalize communication journeys.
  • Lead experimental design for A/B and multivariate tests to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing on measurement of channel reporting and incremental performance.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses and communicate findings and insights across business partners.
  • Craft and maintain CRM data infrastructure by translating business requirements into data models.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Two years of experience in the job offered or related field.
  • Experience in developing machine learning models.
  • Knowledge of time series forecasting and volatility modeling.
  • Experience with deep learning and intervention analysis.
  • Proficiency in NLP (Natural Language Processing).
  • Familiarity with SAS, MLFlow, and tree-based classification.
