About the position

The Senior Marketing Events Manager at Cribl is responsible for owning the strategy and execution of the company's marquee industry trade shows. This role is critical in driving awareness, generating leads, and engaging with target audiences through well-planned events. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, passionate, and analytical, with a strong focus on achieving marketing goals through effective event management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cribl's marquee corporate trade shows from end-to-end, including setting strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage logistics, and drive promotional plans for events.
• Partner with the marketing team on trade show deliverables and content for pre- and post-event promotion.
• Direct on-site booth set-ups and teardowns, conduct trainings, and manage booth staffing and travel arrangements.
• Deliver post-event reports with data insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for future events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event and trade show planning and management experience at a technology company, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Looker).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently from start to finish.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
