About the position

Cribl is seeking a Sr. Marketing Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their marquee industry trade shows. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging with target audiences. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, analytical, and passionate about creating impactful events that align with Cribl's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cribl's marquee corporate trade shows from end-to-end, including strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Drive promotional plans and manage logistics for events.
• Partner with the marketing team on trade show deliverables and content for pre- and post-event promotion.
• Direct on-site booth setups and teardowns, including staff training and debriefs.
• Deliver post-event reports with insights on performance, leads, and recommendations for future events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event and trade show planning and management experience in a technology company, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Looker).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Eager to grow brand awareness and engage with technical audiences and senior buyers.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive deliverables.
