About the position

Cribl is seeking a Sr. Marketing Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their marquee industry trade shows. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging with target audiences. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, passionate, and analytical, responsible for managing events from end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cribl's marquee corporate trade shows from end-to-end, including strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all event deliverables and content meet brand standards.
• Direct on-site booth setups and teardowns, including training and debriefing sessions for staff.
• Deliver post-event reports with insights on performance, leads, and recommendations for future events.
• Represent Cribl at external events and engage in prospect- and customer-facing conversations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event and trade show planning and management experience in a technology company, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Looker).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently from start to finish.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
