About the position

Cribl is seeking a Sr. Marketing Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their marquee industry trade shows. This role is crucial for driving awareness, generating leads, and engaging with target audiences. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, passionate, and analytical, responsible for planning and executing event strategies that align with marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cribl's marquee corporate trade shows from end-to-end, including strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage logistics for events.
• Partner with the marketing team on trade show deliverables and content for pre- and post-event promotion.
• Direct on-site booth setups and teardowns, and conduct training and debriefs for events.
• Deliver post-event reports with data insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for future events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event and trade show planning and management experience in a technology company, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Looker).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently from start to finish.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
