About the position

Cribl is seeking a Sr. Marketing Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their marquee industry trade shows. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging with target audiences. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, passionate, and analytical, responsible for managing events from end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cribl's marquee corporate trade shows from end-to-end, including setting strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure all materials adhere to Cribl's brand standards.
• Direct on-site booth setups and teardowns, conduct training sessions, and manage booth staffing and travel arrangements.
• Deliver post-event reports with insights on performance against goals, event leads, and recommendations for future events.
• Represent Cribl at external events and engage in prospect- and customer-facing conversations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event and trade show planning and management experience at a technology company, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Looker).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently from start to finish.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
