About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager for Career Choice at Amazon is responsible for overseeing strategic communication and marketing initiatives across 14 countries. This role focuses on increasing engagement among front-line employees, driving awareness of the Career Choice program, and reinforcing its brand. The manager will conceptualize, execute, and analyze large marketing campaigns while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure successful implementation and measurement of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic communication for the Career Choice program across multiple countries.
  • Conceptualize, execute, and analyze large marketing campaigns to increase associate engagement.
  • Drive awareness for top content and reinforce the Career Choice brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, BI, Internal Communications, PR, and Policy.
  • Measure and refine strategies for associate engagement and retention.
  • Utilize data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Conduct A/B testing to measure success and optimize campaigns.
  • Operationally execute defined strategies with internal partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital storytelling capabilities.

  • Marketing agency experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
