About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager, Channel + Content Marketing at Fidelity Investments plays a pivotal role in the Workplace Marketing organization, focusing on B2B social and paid media strategies, events, and digital content to enhance client acquisition and strengthen relationships with clients, advisors, and intermediaries. This position requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and data analysis to ensure impactful media and events related to workplace benefits programs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across the Employer Marketing B2B team to support LinkedIn social and paid media strategy, web-based and in-person events, and digital content programs.
  • Drive the execution of industry-leading web-based events and signature in-person events.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement for marketing initiatives.
  • Develop creative briefs and occasionally draft copy to translate campaign vision to agency partners.
  • Prepare marketing presentations for Senior Leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in multi-tasking across multiple initiatives and campaigns.
  • Proven ability to build process flows and content calendars.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and performance metrics.
  • Creative skills in developing marketing materials and copywriting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and/or B2B marketing.

Nice-to-haves
