About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager - CX Marketing at LG Electronics is a contract position focused on leading consumer experience marketing strategies. This role requires a data-driven approach to develop and implement marketing initiatives that enhance brand equity and drive business goals. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and manage new product launches, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Embrace LG's consumer experience marketing strategy built on a data-driven marketing mindset.
  • Work with Home Appliance Marketing Director to develop and implement best-in-class marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner and influence cross-functional marketing teams to plan, develop, and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns.
  • Deploy integrated marketing communication campaigns across all elements of the marketing mix from advertising to in-store.
  • Lead commercialization of new product launches, translating functional and technical specs into compelling consumer propositions.
  • Develop and manage campaign and new product launch asset toolkits to drive consistency of omni-channel communications.
  • Support brand director on key activities including annual planning and budget management.
  • Report, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns throughout the year to drive actionable insights for future initiatives.
  • Monitor brand and lg.com metrics, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify implications and potential business impacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of digital marketing, marketing strategy, and/or new product commercialization experience with a proven track record of results.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing communication development and digital storytelling.
  • Experience in developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in marketing campaign development and supporting new product launches.
  • Ability to develop and present compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to distill data and complex business issues into effective storytelling.
  • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports as well as lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems for project and asset management.
