About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager for dPCR at QIAGEN is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans in collaboration with stakeholders. This role involves launching new products, achieving revenue and marketing goals, ensuring budget compliance, and maintaining relationships with key customers and opinion leaders. The position requires monitoring market trends and developing strategies to penetrate customer segments, all while inspiring and motivating teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and execute regional marketing plans in cooperation with stakeholders.
• Participate in the preparation and launch of new products in the market.
• Drive the success of product introductions in the field.
• Support the achievement of overall revenue and marketing goals.
• Ensure budget compliance and measure return on investments of marketing activities.
• Communicate and inspire colleagues in sales, service, and other teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, networks, and opinion leaders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor situations.
• Develop and execute regional strategies to penetrate selected customer segments.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of marketing experience in Life Sciences; equivalent sales experience will be considered.
• Master's Degree or higher in a Science-related discipline.
• Experience with digital PCR and related assay technologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing tactics and practices.
• Ability to lead by influencing and generate enthusiasm within stakeholder communities.
