We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Database Marketing Strategy and Operations to join our team. This role is pivotal as we navigate through a period of growth and transformation, and it offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the contiguous United States. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing media strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis specifically for our consumer division. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including consumer marketing and agency partners, to ensure the successful execution of media strategies. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while fostering a positive working atmosphere will be crucial to your success in this role. You will report directly to the Director of Media and will be the main point of contact for all media and campaign-related issues. Your responsibilities will include managing acquisition database marketing campaigns, overseeing direct mail and email marketing efforts, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies. You will also be tasked with analyzing media performance and providing insights to drive future campaign improvements. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
