About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager of Digital Marketing, HCP at AstraZeneca is responsible for executing healthcare professional (HCP) digital marketing strategies for the product Enhertu in the US. This role involves leading innovative marketing initiatives, managing creative projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effectiveness in marketing efforts. The position is based in Gaithersburg, MD, and reports to the Director of Brand Marketing, Enhertu.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of innovative HCP digital marketing strategies and programs in the US market.
• Manage creative projects and workflow with HCP agency and media agency of record.
• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure the development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives.
• Effectively manage the marketing budget for areas of responsibility.
• Leverage best practices from within the global commercial organization and continually foster learning from industry and outside industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of total commercial healthcare experience, at least 2 years in US HCP digital marketing required.
• Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners and budgets.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues.
• Ability to assess risks and benefits to make timely, sound decisions with various levels of information, and accept responsibility for meeting and/or exceeding objectives.
• Experience working closely with field sales organizations to implement sales or marketing programs with measurable business impact.
