About the position

As a Senior Marketing Manager for the Global Renal Digital Health Platform at Baxter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for our innovative digital health offerings. This position is integral to our mission of enhancing the lives of chronic renal patients through advanced therapies and services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive marketing programs that effectively communicate the value of our life-sustaining products to the relevant market sectors. Collaborating closely with sales and technical teams, you will leverage your expertise to drive awareness and adoption of our digital health solutions, particularly focusing on home peritoneal dialysis therapies. In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying new product development opportunities and conducting data-driven market assessments. Your responsibilities will include formulating business cases and product concepts that will guide our innovation pipeline. You will also oversee the launch readiness efforts for our digital solutions, ensuring that clinicians have the necessary tools and resources to provide efficient care to peritoneal dialysis patients. This includes developing marketing plans based on customer insights, creating launch assets, and driving go-to-market strategies across various regions and countries. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing programs and pricing strategies for digital health offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to present products and services effectively.
  • Lead the formulation and assessment of new product development opportunities.
  • Conduct data-driven market assessments and develop business cases for product concepts.
  • Oversee launch readiness efforts for digital solutions and services.
  • Develop marketing plans based on customer needs and insights.
  • Create launch assets, training materials, and go-to-market resources.
  • Drive launch readiness activities for various regions and countries.
  • Manage existing product portfolios and introduce new product lines.
  • Ensure workflow efficiencies for clinicians caring for peritoneal dialysis patients.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, specifically in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with EMR data integration solutions or services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage in a matrix environment.
  • Proven experience in early-stage innovation in the digital health space.
  • Demonstrated success in preparing regions/markets for product launches.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, financial data, and customer needs.
  • Proven skills in messaging, branding, and creative product development.
  • Strong results orientation with solid financial/business acumen.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in renal replacement therapies or similar product marketing.
  • Prior experience in software applications in healthcare or consumer healthcare.
  • Education or experience in software product management or computer science.
  • Experience in chronic disease management, particularly in dialysis.
