As a Senior Marketing Manager for the Global Renal Digital Health Platform at Baxter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for our innovative digital health offerings. This position is integral to our mission of enhancing the lives of chronic renal patients through advanced therapies and services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive marketing programs that effectively communicate the value of our life-sustaining products to the relevant market sectors. Collaborating closely with sales and technical teams, you will leverage your expertise to drive awareness and adoption of our digital health solutions, particularly focusing on home peritoneal dialysis therapies. In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying new product development opportunities and conducting data-driven market assessments. Your responsibilities will include formulating business cases and product concepts that will guide our innovation pipeline. You will also oversee the launch readiness efforts for our digital solutions, ensuring that clinicians have the necessary tools and resources to provide efficient care to peritoneal dialysis patients. This includes developing marketing plans based on customer insights, creating launch assets, and driving go-to-market strategies across various regions and countries.
