About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager, Non-personal Digital & Media Strategy at AstraZeneca is a pivotal role within the Oncology Business Unit, responsible for leading the external relationship with the media agency and executing brand strategy. This position focuses on developing a compelling brand narrative that aligns with AstraZeneca's values and clinical programs, while also identifying and leveraging emerging digital technologies to enhance brand delivery and execution of promotional plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a compelling brand value narrative that promotes AstraZeneca's values and clinical programs.
  • Identify emerging digital technologies to innovate brand delivery.
  • Facilitate the development and execution of the CALQUENCE promotional plan and programs.
  • Lead partner agency relationships and manage workflow and related expense budgets.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in managed markets, brand marketing, sales, pricing, market research/analytics, or strategic planning.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Media Channel Marketing, and Personal Promotion Marketing.
  • Ability to lead sophisticated projects and cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or Master's Degree.
  • Experience in oncology, rare disease, or specialty care.
  • HCP marketing experience.
  • Understanding of the U.S. Oncology landscape.
