About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Media at Dun & Bradstreet plays a pivotal role in the Customer Acquisition team, which is dedicated to driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This position is focused on the development and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including display advertising, search engine marketing, and paid social media. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and user experience platforms. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and market dynamics, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with the overall growth strategy of the company. In this role, the Senior Marketing Manager will support the strategy development for enterprise-level paid media campaigns, working closely with the demand generation team to strategize and execute effective paid media and search programs. They will also be tasked with testing and experimenting with new digital channels and tactics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance will be crucial, as will supporting reporting efforts related to paid marketing performance. The role also involves managing invoicing, data processing, and creative projects, ensuring that all materials are packaged effectively for agency collaboration. The Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Media is expected to be an interactive media expert, helping to build the Dun & Bradstreet brand and engage prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle. This position requires a proactive approach to anticipating business needs and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategy development and execution for Enterprise paid media campaigns, managing programs across various platforms such as display advertising, search engine marketing, paid social.
  • Collaborate with demand generation team to strategize and execute paid media and paid search programs.
  • Test and experiment with new digital channels and tactics to find opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, support paid marketing performance reporting efforts.
  • Support invoicing, data pulls and processing, creative projects, and packaging of materials for agencies.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in communication, marketing, or related field.
  • Hands-on proficiency with paid search and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Experience running full funnel media and working with agencies.
  • Demonstrated fluency in digital programs, operations, and technology.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Asana Project Management tools.
  • Ability to evaluate a request or situation and prioritize based on effort vs impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across teams and to stakeholders.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and LiveRamp is a plus.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, supporting multiple areas of the business.
  • An understanding of Agile concepts is required, experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and be proactive in anticipation of business needs.
