About the position

As the Senior Marketing Manager for Personalization & Marketing Growth Lead at Intuit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CRM marketing strategy. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in driving growth marketing and personalization initiatives, particularly leveraging advanced analytics and AI technologies. You will be responsible for spearheading the development of a multiyear CRM marketing growth strategy that utilizes AI to enhance customer engagement and drive business results. Your expertise in CRM marketing channels, including email marketing, push notifications, SMS, and in-product display ads, will be crucial in executing this strategy effectively. In this role, you will lead a mission team composed of marketers, sales leads, and customer success managers to identify pain points along the customer journey. By leveraging analytical tools and personalization capabilities, you will work to improve the omni-channel experience for our customers. You will also ensure that our personalization roadmap aligns with technical feasibility and the impact we can achieve each fiscal year. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders across various departments, including marketing, product, AI, engineering, legal, finance, accounting, and operations, to ensure that our initiatives are well-coordinated and effectively executed. Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end personalization and growth vision setting process, driving the development of new use cases using advanced analytics and AI, and collaborating with performance management and analytics teams to conduct business case opportunity sizing. You will also report on the performance of new capabilities and campaign results, focusing on metrics such as revenue impact, ROI, retention, and customer growth. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels, and a high level of intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of a multiyear CRM marketing growth strategy using AI.
  • Identify and build out new use cases using advanced analytics and AI.
  • Lead a mission team of marketers, sales leads, and customer success managers to improve the customer journey.
  • Ensure the personalization roadmap aligns with technical feasibility and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to connect current capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Serve as the marketing driver to define the roadmap for model improvements and data enhancements.
  • Conduct business case opportunity sizing and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing and personalization initiatives.
  • Breadth of knowledge across all CRM marketing channels with depth in at least one.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI in marketing and understanding model techniques.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Comfortable analyzing diverse data sets and simplifying insights.
  • Proficiency with project management software and data analysis tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience developing business cases for acquisition, sales, and customer success channels.
