As the Senior Marketing Manager for Personalization & Marketing Growth Lead at Intuit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CRM marketing strategy. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in driving growth marketing and personalization initiatives, particularly leveraging advanced analytics and AI technologies. You will be responsible for spearheading the development of a multiyear CRM marketing growth strategy that utilizes AI to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Your role will involve identifying and building out new use cases using advanced analytics and AI, including regression models, generative AI, recommendation systems, and contextual bandits, as well as marketing technologies such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and journey orchestration tools. In this leadership position, you will own the end-to-end personalization and growth vision setting process, ensuring that our initiatives are aligned with Intuit's strategic goals. You will lead a mission team composed of marketers, sales leads, and customer success managers to understand customer pain points along the journey and identify opportunities for leveraging analytical tools and personalization capabilities. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across marketing, product, AI, engineering, legal, finance, accounting, and operations will be crucial in driving the success of our initiatives. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our personalization roadmap is matched against technical feasibility and the impact we can achieve each fiscal year. This includes working closely with internal advanced analytics and AI stakeholders to connect our current capabilities and identify any gaps. Additionally, you will serve as the marketing driver to define the roadmap for existing model improvements, new model development, and necessary data enhancements to our infrastructure. Your collaboration with performance management, analytics, and finance will be essential in conducting business case analyses and reporting on the performance of new capabilities and campaign results, including revenue impact, ROI, retention, and customer growth. Ultimately, your leadership will ensure that our use cases are delivered as expected to support our growth and innovation goals.
