About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager for Service Marketing at Vantive will establish and direct the marketing strategy across the Service portfolio. This role involves leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, driving service portfolio expansion, and building business cases to increase revenue through partnerships. The position requires a deep understanding of the U.S. Kidney Care business and the ability to analyze service interactions to make informed recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and direct marketing strategy across the Vantive Service portfolio.
  • Lead key strategic and tactical Service Marketing initiatives.
  • Drive the Service portfolio expansion strategy and build business case rationale to increase revenue opportunities through 3rd party partnerships.
  • Analyze service offerings related to pricing, volume, commitment levels, and total revenue/profit for Baxter.
  • Master the U.S. Kidney Care business, products, and customers to maximize value creation.
  • Provide clear and compelling recommendations to the commercial organization and leadership based on service interactions.
  • Manage large quantities of data from multiple sources to guide strategic decisions.
  • Assist contract and legal teams in supporting customer contract decisions and maintaining oversight of agreements.
  • Report on service organization outcomes tied to actual P&L performance in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Commercial Excellence teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve targeting and pricing goals.
  • Create strategic vision for short and medium-term plans.
  • Drive innovation on digital service offerings and future strategies.
  • Contribute to business plans for new service offerings and product launches.
  • Analyze potential business development and M&A opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BS/BA required, MBA preferred, in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or an analytical work environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing pricing strategies that drive service and product growth.
  • Strong analytic and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Professional report-out abilities to peers, supervisors, and executive leadership.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex information and understanding market trends and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability with identifying needs and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation, negotiation, and teamwork.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in healthcare is strongly preferred.
