About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager for Websites at Amazon Flex will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the technology and user experience of the Amazon Flex websites. This role involves implementing a new content management system (CMS) to modernize the marketing technology stack and improve the delivery partner experience. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive website performance improvements and ensure alignment across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new capabilities to personalize and modernize the worldwide Amazon Flex websites.
  • Initiate and drive key worldwide Amazon Flex Marketing Website projects, refining tech features and content to improve stakeholder and delivery partner experience.
  • Establish and implement mechanisms for cross-functional alignment and clear escalation processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable tools and templates globally.
  • Leverage automation to enhance processes and productivity, supporting rapid organizational scaling.
  • Serve as the team's expert on website CMS platforms like Webflow or Brightspot.
  • Lead the migration of existing WW Amazon Flex websites to a new CMS.
  • Use data and metrics to drive improvements to website performance.
  • Utilize project management skills to deliver projects on-time and within-budget.
  • Manage WW Amazon Flex websites across multiple languages and countries.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
