The Senior Marketing Manager at Waldorf Astoria Park City is responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Establish the hotel positioning and content/messaging strategy based on business and customer mix.
  • Collaborate with operations to market curated on-property experiences and activations.
  • Provide marketing support to sales leaders for all sales-impacted market segments.
  • Conduct market-level research, including SWOT analysis and competitive studies.
  • Manage the strategic direction and execution of marketing-specific assets and digital content.
  • Create and execute digital media strategies, including email campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of PR and social media strategies.
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Utilize reporting and data to optimize marketing performance.
  • Manage local partnerships for activation and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Prepare and present marketing activity and performance results at strategic meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data for strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
